- ESP + plain water (suam/sejuk)
- ESP + milk (fresh milk/powdered milk/flavoured milk)
- ESP + fresh milk + kurma (rendam kurma dlm susu...after a few hours, blend/shake it and mix with 1 sudu ESP)
- ESP + susu Anmum
- ESP + Performance Drink Shaklee + Meal Shake Shaklee
- ESP + Nesvita 3in1
- ESP + jus twister tropicana
- ESP + Ribena
- ESP + any fruit juice (tembikai, epal, lobak putih, peria, pegaga)
- ESP + Milo/Horlicks
- ESP + sirap bandung
- ESP + fresh milk + 1 sudu madu + 1 sudu oat + 1 sudu serbuk koko (blend) ** This is Dr Muhaya's recipe tau :)
- ESP + KOKO + OAT
- ESP + Milo/Serbuk Coklat Cadbury + SUSU HL
- ESP + kurma + oat+ susu tepung + madu + air msk (blend)
- ESP + kurma + kismis + badam + fresh milk (blend)
- ESP + meal shakes + MILO (sejukkan...SEDAP!!)
- ESP + Nestle Bliss (sejuk2 dari peti ais)
- ESP + Kurma + nestum (bukan 3 in 1) + meal shakes + susu tepung (blend, pastu letak ketul ais, sedap n kenyang)
- ESP + kurma + badam + avocado + ais (blend sekali -->hasil? sgt mengujakan!!)
Choose your favorite mix....for me, my all time favorite will be ESP + cordial Root beer...sedap sgt, cm minum A&W float hehe
Dan ini pula resipi untuk smoothies
Bahan-bahan:
Segelas fresh milk
1-2 sudu besar natural plain yogurt
Fresh fruits
Supplement (saya add sesudu ESP, sesudu MealShake & sepeket Collagen Powder...sebab inilah resipi awet muda kekal langsing...hahaha)
1 sudu kecil madu
Serbuk koko (optional)
Cara-cara:
Blend semua bahan-bahan di atas dan.....minummmm....
